I would like to highly recommend the services of Amy Brown as a real estate agent. I was in the position of selling a distressed property at a loss.. Amy was able to attract offers from not only investors but get three offers on the table from different buyers. She took me though the entire process, communicating regularly, and dealing with a very difficult bank that needed document after document to push through the short sale. Amy was diligent and professional in her communication and follow up. I would classify my situation as entirely unique and almost an impossible situation. I plan on using her services again in the future, and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell property in Colorado.

| Because our mortgage company refused to work with us we had to make the hard decision to short sale a rental property. Just when we thought we had the deal negotiated and a closing date set, the mortgage company threw a big wrench in our plans which delayed the entire process for several months. She actually cared about our situation and assisted us in pushing for what we deserved as consumers and she put in the extra time wherever possible to make it happen. When I fell behind on my payments, I asked Amy for help selling my home.
